4) Position the Top (F) so that the Cam Connectors (N) are inserted into the holes in the top edge of
the side panels. Insert and securely fasten the 3/4" Cam Housings (O). The fl at back edge of the top
will be fl ush with the back legs.

5) Spread a light fi lm of glue on the front legs where the Crown (J) will go and LOOSELY fasten in place
with #6
3/4" Brass Screws (ZB) through the predrilled holes as shown in FIGURE 5. Moving quickly,

with the unit laying face up, measure from top left to right bottom and from top right to left bottom.
The measurements should be equal. If one is longer, tap the bottom of the side panel on the longer
side until equal. Now tighten the screws in the Crown.
The screw heads must not protrude above the surface of the crown or the embossed moulding will
not seat correctly. Glue the Embossed Moulding (L) into the groove in the crown.
6) Turn unit over and center the two Backs (K)
on the legs and top. Align bottom edge of the
backs to bottom edge of the bottom shelf.
The edge with no holes should be toward the
center. Fasten in place with #6
Screws (P) in the predrilled holes in the back.
Measure in approximately 10" from each side
and mark the back edge of the lower apron.
Attach an Angle Bracket (X) with #6
Undercut Screw (YY) to the Lower Apron and
bottom of the shelf at each mark.
