Before cleaning any of your apps, make sure you have backed up all important
data stored on the device as it will be permanently deleted.
Resetting your phone
To reset your device to factory settings, go to "Settings > Device > Device information"
and click on "Reset phone > Reset".
Important: this action will erase all data from your phone's internal memory.

System updates
Updates are changes made to the software version originally installed on your phone to
fix potential bugs.
CUSTOMISING YOUR PHONE
Sound

In
Settings > Personalization > Sound", you can:
• Adjust the various sound volumes of your device for multimedia, ringtones and
notifications, and your alarm.
• Choose the ringtone and sound of your phone's notification alerts or enable/disable
vibrate mode.
• Manage other phone sounds: the sound of the keypad and camera.
Remember that some settings are available as a shortcut from your home screen by
clicking on the top navigation key. You can then quickly and easily manage the volume
of your ringtone and notifications and switch from ring mode to vibrate or silent mode
(or vice versa).
Display
