Operation According to
Regulations
The assembly of the EO-2, EO-progressive
and cutting-ring screw fittings and 37°-
flaring for Triple Lok by axial motion and
with the help of varying assembly facilities,
belong to the category 'operation according
to regulations'.
The following materials and pipe
dimensions are permissible:
Conventional pipe material like steel:
• ST 37.4 BK
• ST 52.4 BK
Stainless steel:
• 1.4571
• 1.4541
• 316Ti or similar
as well as copper.
All metric pipe sizes from 6 to
outer pipe diameter can be worked.
Any other operation is not according to
regulations. The manufacturer of the
machine cannot be held responsible for
damage arising from this misuse, it lies in
the sole responsibility of the operator.
The following aspects are
considered essential and are
looked upon as the correct use
of the machine:
• maintaining all valid
rules and safety
regulations of the
operation manual
• keeping the schedule
for inspection and
maintenance.
The operator must make sure that the
machine is only used according to
directions and the system is only operated
in flawless condition.
The user of this machine is obliged to
switch off the system immediately if safety-
relevant alterations of the system conditions
or of the operation conduct of the system
occur and to inform the owner about the
disturbance at once.
