*Note: If this circuit is open, the fan will shut
down and issue a Run Enable Jumper Open
error. The jumper must stay closed for the fan
to run. A zero speed reference (under 1 V) will
bring the fan to a stop. To restart the fan, close
the circuit and reset power to the fan.
