Before contacting your after sales service, perform the following basic checks. If you cannot solve the
problem by following the instructions below, contact your store.
SYMPTOMS
The micro hi-fi
system won't turn
on.
No sound.
Malfunction.
The remote control
is not working.
The USB media
does not play.
The Bluetooth
*
connection cannot
be established.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The unit's plug is not connected.
The mains socket is not powered.
The volume is set to the minimum or is
disabled.
The wrong source is selected.
The micro hi-fi system is operating
abnormally or emitting an unusual sound.
The remote control is too far away from
the micro hi-fi system.
There is an obstacle between the remote
control and the unit.
The battery is low.
The wrong source is selected.
The audio format is incorrect.
The removable device is not detected.
Your audio source is not in pairing mode.
Make sure that the micro hi-fi system and your Bluetooth* device are within 8 meters
of each other and that no walls or electronic devices are interfering with transmission.
SOLUTIONS
Plug the unit into a mains socket.
Plug another device into the same mains
socket to perform a cross test.
Adjust the volume.
Briefly press the
VOL+ or VOL- buttons to reactivate the
volume.
Select the correct audio source by pressing
the
button several times.
Unplug the unit for 30 minutes. After 30
minutes, turn the micro hi-fi system back
on.
Bring the remote control closer to the
unit.
Remove any obstacles between the two
elements.
Replace the battery. Refer to the
"Remote Control -
batteries" section on page 9.
Select the USB source by pressing
button several times.
Check that the audio formats are
compatible with this unit (MP3/WMA).
Unplug the removable device and plug
it back in.

source for more details.
