If you do not plan to use the machine for a long tine, disconnect it from the power mains. Store
the machine in a dry place away from children. Maintain the machine clean while storing. Check
it regularly, and clean it in accordance with the instruction in the manual, if necessary.

FAULTS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

If any damage to the machine has been found, power off and immediately unplug the machine.
In the event of the machine malfunction, you may try to eliminate it in accordance with the
instructions in the table below.

Potential cause
Foreign objects in the grinder
Coffee granules are too big, or
grinding is too coarse
The brewing unit is in the im-
proper initial position
Steam/hot water pipe is blocked
To avoid burns, make sure the hot components of the machine
have cooled down, and the machine is powered off.
Troubleshooting
Contact an authorized service cen-
