If the equipment is not to be operated for a long time (weekends, holidays, etc.), it should be
powered off and thoroughly cleaned.
SAFETY
1.
Equipment shall be installed and connected to the power mains by skilled professionals
only.
2.
Use a three-wire circuit with grounding to connect mono-phase equipment.
3.
For the purpose of observance of fire safety regulations, the automatic switch should be
located in the proximity of the equipment in an easily accessible place.
4.
The distance between the equipment and the wall shall be at least 10 cm, or the wall shall
be covered with fireproof material.
5.
Desktop equipment should be installed on a fireproof surface.
6.
The equipment is intended for warming and serving first courses. The equipment shall not
be used for any purposes other than intended.
7.
The equipment is intended for wet warming only. The equipment should not be turned on
if the tank is not filled with water. Overfilling the tank with water is not allowed. The insert
shall not float up, even when empty.
8.
To avoid burns, the operator shall be careful when operating the equipment, and wear
protective gloves.
9.
The energized equipment shall not be left unattended.
10. The soup kettle should not be moved, when it is connected to the mains or if it is filled with
hot food.
11. Maintenance of energized equipment is prohibited.
12. Washing the equipment under a direct water stream or immersing it into water or any
other liquid is not allowed.
13. In case of any failure, service professionals shall be contacted.
