Cause
The heat sealing controller is in improper
position.
Check the sealing of the pipe and
the connection to eliminate
leakage.
Clean the mesh filter of the air
inlet valve.
Check if the air inlet valve is
operating freely.
Replace the oil seal.
Replace the blade.
Replace a worn-out part or adjust
the machine.
Check voltage and fuse.
Remove the fan cover, try to turn
the motor manually, then set the
cause of the jam.
Check oil level and grade.
Replace with oil of lower
viscosity. At an ambient
temperature of less than 5°C,
heat the oil before starting.
Clean or replace the filter.
Check and adjust the oil level.
Check the radiator fins of the
pump and motor to adjust
ventilation.
Adjust the direction of rotation
and perform a general check of
the pump.
Check and replace the blade.
Lubricate the oil hose and check
