Before using:
Initially, the vacuum pump packer is not filled with oil, so before using it is necessary to fill in
a special oil in the system. Each packer comes with a small bottle of the required oil. It is
necessary to fill in the oil to the level of the limiter (strip labeled MAX). Vacuum Pump Oil
100 is used for vacuum pump.
Operation procedure
1. Connect the power supply, choose a vacuum package according to the requirements.
2. Adjust the temperature and time of heat sealing as well as the heat sealing voltage to work
at high or low speed. Gradually adjust the time of heat sealing from the smaller to the
greater to achieve weld integrity of the tape and to prevent it from melting and creasing.
Amplitude modulation should not be too large to prevent the temperature from exceeding
and the ignition of the material with a teflon coating (sealing gasket) and other elements.
3. The air pumping time must meet the requirements for packaging and the vacuum gauge
readings. When packing wet or other special products, it is necessary to extend the time of
air pumping until the pressure gauge reaches 0.1 MPa for optimal effect; the maximum
time is 99 seconds (it is important to take into account the practical conditions).
4. Place the bag in the vacuum chamber; place the top of the bag on the heating frame in the
expanded form and secure with a steel wire retainer.
5. After performing the steps mentioned above, you may start working. Press the cover of
the machine, and the switch will be activated automatically, and at the same time the
following actions are performed:
5) the vacuum pump generator is activated;
6) the cover of the machine is closed that creates an airtight medium. The pump starts to
pump air out of the working chamber, the medium forms a vacuum pressure, and the relay
controlling the pumping time begins to count down.
6. When the set time (or vacuum degree) is reached, the time relay gives a signal and
simultaneously performs the following actions:
7) the vacuum pump is powered off, the pump stops working, and the control valve
(isolating solenoid valve) is closed to maintain the desired degree of vacuum in the
medium;
8) the time relay heats up to create a current and pass it through the heating circuit, the
chromium-nickel tape heats up and seals the package;
9) an isolating solenoid valve is activated, which is connected to the outer space,
atmospheric air is supplied to the gas element, the gas element is expanded, so that the
heating frame presses the top of the package, seals it and puts a stamp with the date.
7. When the time relay operation is completed, the circuit of the air exhaust solenoid valve
is switched on, the electricity goes to the solenoid valve, the valve opens, and the
atmospheric air enters the working chamber. The maximum temperature gradually
decreases. When the air pressure in the working chamber and the ambient air pressure are
aligned, the vacuum machine cover automatically opens, the limit switch returns to the
original position, and the packing procedure is completed.
