Basically, the chest muscles are trained with push-ups. Depending on the positioning of the handles on
the vibration plate, a supporting effect can be achieved and muscles can be trained that are also used
during push-ups.
There are openings on the vibration plate for this purpose:
1. Remove the desired rubber seals to reveal the plug-in positions for the handles.
2. Insert the handles evenly aligned with each other so that they are mirrored at the
center of the vibration plate.
Avoid an uneven arrangement of the handles!
Also make sure that the vibration plate is evenly positioned!
(This can lead to improper loading and cause pain or injury)
