Preselecting the Orbital Stroke Rate
Use the control buttons for preselection of the orbital
stroke rate, you can preselect the required orbital stroke
rate, even during operation.
Pressing the + button increases 1000 rpm.
If the button - is pressed, 1000 rpm is decreased.
Range 4000 - 10000 rpm
The required stroke rate depends on the material and
the working conditions and can be determined through
practical testing.
After longer periods of working at low stroke rate, allow the
machine to cool down by running it for approx. 3 minutes
at maximum stroke rate with no load.
4.2 Tool change
Changing sanding sheet.
To remove dish holder lift at the edge at any point, and
pull. Before attaching a new sanding sheet, remove dirt
and dust deposited on the turntable support, e.g. with a
brush.
Support plate is fitted with backing fastening of quickly
and easily leaves sanders zipper
Firmly press the sanding sheet against the base of the
plate holder.
To make optimum efficiency in dust extraction, be careful
matching holes in the sanding sheet with the holes in the
plate holder.
Dust/Chip Extraction
Dusts from materials such as lead-containing coatings,
some wood types, minerals and metal can be harmful to
one's health. Touching or breathing-in the dusts can cau-
se allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections
of the user or bystanders.
Certain dusts, such as oak or beech dust, are considered
as carcinogenic, especially in connection with wood-treat-
ment additives (chromate, wood preservative). Materials
containing asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
– Use a dust extraction system suitable for the material.
– Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
– It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator.
Observe the relevant regulations and EPI1 in your
country for the materials to be worked.
Prevent dust accumulation at the workplace. Dusts
can easily ignite.
External Dust Extraction.Connect the hose (accessory
not included) directly to connector 2 of the draft tube 12.
For applications without dust extraction (e. g., polishing),
the extraction outlet piece 12 can be removed. For this,
unscrew the screw 13 with the Allen key 7 (accessory) and
remove the extraction outlet piece 12 from the housing.
