ADVICE
To obtain an even, optimal gelatine coverage, follow the
instructions given below:
- keep the gun nozzle at a distance of about 5-10 cm. from the
product you are coating in gelatine, in an upright, perpendicular
position (see fig. 3);
- using a round nozzle: move the gun in a rotating direction over
the product to be coated;
- using a fan nozzle: move the gun horizontally and vertically
over the product to be coated.

SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE

1) Relieve the spraying pressure by means of the adjuster (fig. 2.2) setting the indicator in
the pressure gauge to the 0 position (fig. 2.3).
2) Use the 0-1 switch (fig. 1.1) to cut-at electric power from the machine.
3) Unplug the machine.
WARNING:
- The heating process will stop if the red warning light (see fig. 4) on the control panel comes
on.
- The red warning light indicates that there is no liquid in the boiler. In this case, remove the
upper part of the machine by loosening the four screws on the sides (fig. 5).
- Loosen the red cap on the top of the boiler and insert the funnel provided in the hole. Top
up with distilled water.
- The red warning light will go out when the water level is topped up in the boiler.
- Retighten the red cap, reposition the upper part of the machine and fasten the screws again
(fig. 5).
ANOMALIES
Uneven spraying may occur when the gun nozzle is blocked or dirty; to clean the nozzle,
follow the instructions given below:
- round nozzles: after unscrewing the internal screw, wash in plenty of hot water;
- fan nozzles: wash in plenty of hot water.
