The longer hand points to the daily percent of activity goal achieved on
a scale of 0-100%. For example, if the hand points to 60, 60% of the
activity goal has been achieved.
SLEEP GOAL
The longer hand points to the daily percent of sleep goal achieved on a
scale of 0-100%. For example, if the hand points to 60, 60% of the sleep
goal has been achieved.
