Rechargeable batteries
Prior to operating for the first time, the battery set of the testing instrument has to be charged for at least
4 hours.
The batteries have to be charged at room temperature (20 °C...25 °C).
A protective circuit prevents the batteries from being overcharged.
The battery set should be replaced every two years. Please return the testing instrument to Weidmüller for
replacement.
If the device has not been used for a long period, you should charge the batteries regularly every three
months.
Cleaning
Only clean the instrument with a dry cloth.
Do not use any solvents or other fluids.
Fault
In the event of a fault, disconnect the mains plug adapter from the testing instrument. Switch the testing
instrument off and on again.
Repair or calibration of the testing instrument may only be performed by Weidmüller.
Disposal
Send the testing instrument to Weidmüller for disposal.
