Remove the contrast screen to give access to PCB11.
Remove the front cloth and contrast screen. Pull PCB11 outwards and place
it as shown.
Unscrew PCB10 and pull it backwards inside the TV.
Unscrew the four screws at the top of the TV, holding the front frame.
Remove the front frame by pulling it out at the top, to an angle of about
75 degrees and then pull it outwards to give access to PCB59.
Unsrew the screw in the bottom of Beo1. Remove the bottom cover and
the batteries.
Remove the label, using a pair of tweezers. Carefully pull off the label.
Place the label on a dry surface as it must beagain, when reassembling the
Beo1.
Unsrew the 2 screws in the bottom, which are revealed when the label has
been removed.
Remove the secondary button by inserting a pair of tweezers in the center
of the rubber button and pull outwards. A new secondary button is
enclosed, to replacethe old one.
Be carefull not to scrath the surrounding surface of the Beo1.
A red plastic piece is revealed when the secondary button is removed.
Turn this 90 degrees to the left.
Pull out the loose module, using a finger or a pair of tweezers in the
battery holes.
Push the new module into the shell. Make sure that the primary set of
buttons is in place, before pushing the module into the shell.
Turn the red plastic piece 90 degrees to the right, according to the
direction of the arrow.
Place the new secondary button. Make sure the end marked STOP, is
facing the top of the Beo1.
