You can only connect resectoscopes to the RESECTOSCOPE sock-
et. Other instruments fit in the socket, but do not work. If you
want to use the MF socket on the VIO with an instrument, remove
the adapter.

Cleaning, Disinfection

Do not clean with an automatic washing machine!
Erbe recommends wiping or spray disinfection with an appropri-
ate disinfectant. Comply with the disinfectant manufacturer's
stipulations as to its suitability and concentration.
Do not sterilize!

Maintenance

Safety checks must be performed at least once a year. The safety
checks determine whether the safety and operational readiness
of the product conforms to a defined technical required status.
To carry out safety checks, read the service manual for the VIO D
devices.

Disposal

Dispose of the product, packaging material and accessories (if
available) in accordance with the national guidelines and regu-
lation applicable in each case.
