Tilt back the motor head (2).

Attach the accessory. Connect the other end of the hose
to the tubes fitted with a dry pick-up nozzle.

Plug the cord (3) into a wall outlet and turn the on/off
switch (1) to ON.
NOTE: Never try to open the motor head when the motor is
running.
After use - wet pick up

Turn the on/off switch (1) to OFF and unplug the cord (3).

Move the machine to a designated waste water disposal
site.

Disconnect the hose from the inlet (4), tilt-up the motor
head (2) and hook it to the handle (8) with bracket (10)
(See figure A) and empty the waste container (6).

Rinse the waste container (6) with warm water.
NOTE: Clean and inspect the float (B) for debris or
damage (Figure B).

Rinse the accessory in warm water.

Replace the waste container (6) against the recess (20) on
the chassis (See figure C) and dry it out by leaving the
motor head (2) open (See figure A).

Wipe the machine with a damp cloth. Check the
maintenance schedule and perform any required
maintenance before storage.

Store indoors between max. 60°C (degrees centigrade)
and min. 0°C (degrees centigrade) in a clean, dry place.
Emptying the waste container for liquids on
models with valve
If the waste has a high amount of liquids, containers with a
dump valve (18), can be emptied through the 1" valve. The
internal sieve (19) in the bottom of the container separates
liquids from solids.
After use - dry pick up

Turn the on/off switch (1) to OFF and unplug the cord (3).

Tilt-up the motor head (2) and hook it to the handle (8)
with bracket (10) (See figure A). Remove the dry pick-up
filter (A) and shake out, brush off and vacuum out for
normal maintenance (See figure B).

Reinstall the dry pick-up filter on the motor-head (2).

Empty the debris from the waste container (6), rinse the
tank clean. Replace the waste container (6) against the
recess (20) on the chassis (See figure C) and dry it out by
leaving the motor head (2) open (See figure A).

Wipe the machine with a damp cloth. Check the
maintenance schedule and perform any required
maintenance before storage.

Parking
When the machine is emptied and not in use you can leave
the motor head open so that the interior can dry.
Disconnect the plug from the socket outlet, wind-up the cord
and place it under the motor heads handle. Tilt-up the motor
head (2) and hook it to the handle (8) with bracket (10) (See
figure A)
Optional: Tools and accessories can be stored onboard in a
specially designed tool box which allows accessories to be
carried conveniently whilst cleaning takes place.
Maintenance and repair
Depending on the number of running hours the float and filter
unit should be inspected and if necessary replaced.
Retention plate (19) and 1" valve (18) in the bottom of the
waste container must be inspected and cleared for solids
blocking the drain or the valve (optional).
Repair must only be carried out when the machine is at
standstill and disconnected from the electricity supply. Never
carry out repairs without having first received the necessary
authorisation.
Lubricate the caster swivels and the squeegee raise / lower
pivot points with light machine oil.
