Step 2:

Insert the Barrel Nuts into the holes on the inside of the Base Rail (make sure the
slotted end of the Barrel Nut is visible) using a Flathead Screwdriver align the slot
in the Barrel Nut with the hole for the connector bolt. See Figure 4.

Align the holes in the Base Rail with the holes in the Crib Ends and insert (4) 3 1/2"
connector bolts from the outside of the Crib Ends. Make sure the Brackets attached
to the Base Rail are facing the inside of the Crib. See Figure 4b.

Do not completely tighten the connector bolts at this time.

Install (3) Locater Pins.

Locate the threaded insert in
the top edge of the Base Rail
and insert a Locater Pin.
Tighten by hand. See Fig. 5.

Locate the upper threaded in-
sert in each of the Crib Ends
and insert a Locater Pin. See
Fig. 6. (Make sure to insert
the Locater Pins on the same
side of the Crib Ends as the
attached Base Rail.)
