1.5C Steam release valve
All "ANALOGIC" models can be equipped with this system,
which controls the humidity inside the cooking chamber.
The steam relief valve is opened and closed by rotating knob
(A).
1.5 AUXILIARY DEVICES (mod. CB)
Manual loading of the boiler for the descailing (Fig. 3)
The boiler is equipped with an entry situated on the top panel of
the oven to effect the manual descailing.
To achieve the descailing proceed as follows:
Make the complete discharge of the boiler as described on
paragraph. 1.1.
At the end of this operation, turn the switch selector to OFF
position.
When the oven is cold, remove the cap (A).
In 1 liter of water dissolve 100 grams of descailing powder
®
DISPOINOX and pour the obtained solution into the boiler
through the entry (A).
Set the selector switch to steam cycle, close the door and set a temperature of about 50 ° C. This
will complete the boiler filling and heat the solution inside it.
After 30 minutes turn the oven off and let the descaling solution to decant for about 2 hours. After
this, make the complete discharge of the boiler again.
Once again, turn the selector switch to steam position for 15 minutes at a temperature of 50°C.
Do the complete discharge of the boiler again.
For a proper preservation of the boiler you should do this operation every 50 hours of work
in steam mode.
1.5 TURNING THE OVEN OFF
The oven is turned off by turning the cycle selector knob round to position 0.
