stop. There are five working positions as shown in Figure 1.
Position 0: Stop operation
Position 1: Low speed rotation
Position 2: Medium speed rotation
Position 3: High speed rotation
Position 4: Strong flushing
b. Pressure Regulating Valve
The pressure regulating valve is installed in the back head Clockwise rotating of this valve will
increase the force within a continuous range of zero to maximum.
c. Exchange Valve
The exchange valve is installed in the pressure regulating valve. Pressing the trigger will retract
the air-leg quickly.
Oil Control Valve
By adjusting the oil control valve handle, lubricant volume can be controlled. Adjust the valve in
the indicated arrow on the upper oil liner. The suitable lubricant flow volume is 2.5~5ml/min.
Drill Rod
It is recommended that the YB2003-78 hex drill rod should be used. If you need to make your
own drill rod, please refer to the dimensions on figure 2 and follow the instructions as below.
a. Use ZK55siMnMo steel which hardness at the shank end is HRC50-54. If it is too hard it could
damage the piston easily and break the piston end. Also if it is too soft, it could be crushed
by the piston and difficult to be pulled out from the hole.
b. The shank end should be flat and vertical with the drill rod.
c. The water tube hole holds a tolerance of 1mm on center as shown on Figure 2.
