Problem
No indicator lights up on the panel;
the motors do not work.
The recovery water suction is insuffi -
cient.
There is no recovery water suction.
Insuffi cient fl ow of detergent
solution (or washing water) to the
disc brush.
There is no fl ow of detergent
solution (or washing water) to the
disc brush.
Insuffi cient/no fl ow of
washing detergent to the disc
brush.
(For machine with DETERSAVER
detergent feeding system - Upon re-
quest).
The squeegee leaves dirty marks on
the fl oor.
The disc brushes or the abrasive discs
are not cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause
Battery connector (8 page 9) discon-
nected.
Batteries are fl at.
The emergency stop button (C page
11) is still pressed.
The squeegee (9 page 9) is dirty or
the rubbers are worn out or dam-
aged.
The tank cover is not closed
properly or the gasket is not working.
The recovery water tank is full.
The hose (G page 23) is disconnected
from the squeegee.
The detergent solution (E page 35)
(or washing water) fi lter is dirty.
The detergent solution (or washing
water) tank is dirty.
The detergent solution (or washing
water) tank is empty.
The detergent solution (E page 35)
(or washing water) fi lter is clogged.
The detergent fl ow percentage (%)
is set too low
The detergent feeding system is
clogged.
There are debris under the squeegee
rubbers.
The squeegee rubbers are worn out,
chipped or torn.
The squeegee does not lie correctly.
The brushes or the abrasive discs
are excessively worn out and do not
touch the fl oor:
Check the left- and right-hand side
pins (E page 33)

Solution
Connect the connector.
Charge the batteries.
Release it.
Clean the squeegee or turn/
replace the rubbers.
Close the cover properly. Clean/re-
place the gasket.
Empty the tank.
Connect the hose.
Clean the fi lter.
Clean the tank.
Fill the tank.
Clean the fi lter.
Increase percentage.
Clean the system.
Clean the squeegee.
Reverse the rubbers or replace them.
Adjust the height of the squeegee
mounting wheels
.
Replace the disc brushes or the abra-
sive discs.
