Loss oF WARRAntY
The warranty will be void if:
a) the equipment shows signs of damage due to being dropped, exposure to flames, liquid spills, lightning,
natural disasters, atmospheric phenomena or any other causes that cannot be traced to defects in work-
manship;
b) the equipment was not installed in accordance to CEFLA s.c. installation instructions or installed by per-
sonnel not duly authorized;
c) the equipment was serviced, repaired, altered or modified in any way by the Purchaser or third parties that
have not been duly authorized;
d) when the claim for warranty repair was made the serial number on the product has been removed,
canceled, counterfeited, etc...
e) the Purchaser stops and/or delays payment of any sum for the purchase and/or maintenance of the
equipment for any reason whatsoever;
f) scheduled maintenance or other operations specified in the operating and maintenance manual are not
carried out as indicated.
