1.3. Disposing of the packing materials

All the packing materials used are environ-mentally-friendly and 100% recyclable:

Recycling the packing materials helps save raw materials and reduce waste.
Deliver the packing materials to an authorized recycling center.

1.4. Disposing of the dentist's stool

Disposing of the dentist's stool poses no threat to the environment.
If the stool is no longer to be used, it should be delivered to an authorized recycling center in order to protect
the environment.

1.5. Warranty

CEFLA s.c. guarantees its products are constructed in a state-of-the-art manner, only top quality materials
are used, all the required tests and inspections have been carried out and the product conforms to all current
applicable standards.
CEFLA s.c. warrants products covered by this warranty to be free from defects in materials and workman-
ship.
WARRAntY GeneRAL teRMs AnD ConDItIons
1) COVERAGE: the product is covered by a 12 (twelve) month warranty from the date of installation at the
customer's location. In the event that the device works together with CEFLA s.c.-made dental equipment,
refer to the dental equipment warranty conditions to know warranty duration.
2) EXCLUSIONS: this warranty does not cover:
a) faults caused by failure to perform routine maintenance or unintended, inappropriate or misuse of the
product;
b) periodic checks and maintenance;
c) repair or replacement of fragile parts, parts subject to wear and tear or whose service life cannot be
estimated unless there is proof that they were defective at the time of delivery;
d) all labor, travel and lodging expenses;
e) failures or break downs caused by unintended, inappropriate or misuse;
f) failures or break downs due to extraordinary chemical or electrical phenomena;
g) failures or break downs resulting from use of cleaning, disinfecting or sterilization chemicals or pro-
cesses not expressly indicated in the operating and maintenance manual;
h) normal wear and tear of plastic parts .
3) LIMITS: defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However, this warranty does not cover
replacement of the entire unit. As far as components applied or installed made by CEFLA s.c. or third par-
ties that carry their own warranty are concerned, the conditions, terms, limits and exclusions given on the
certificates are valid.
The date the warranty expires will not change even if one or more repairs are made during the warranty
period. The purchaser may not make any damage claims for equipment downtime.
4) WARRANTY CLAIMS: if the purchaser makes a warranty claim regarding the quality or conditions of the
equipment received, the purchaser may not, in any case, stop and/or delay payment.
5) DISPUTES: any disputes concerning application and interpretation of the Warranty Certificate will be
judged by the Court of Bologna (Italy), regardless of where the purchase contract was signed.
6) EXCEPTIONS: particular exceptions granted in special cases as regards this warranty do not imply any
rights given to the Purchaser and are to be considered valid only for the specific case.
7) OTHER: Regarding any aspects not expressly covered in this Warranty Certificate the Civil Code and
applicable Italian laws shall rule.
