8.2.2
Assembling the stand
The stand is shipped in kit form with profiles, nuts and bolts. Figure 22 shows a convenient
way of mounting the dust collector to the stand. Erect the frame around the dust collector
while it is standing firmly on the pallet without cone or collecting bin. Lift this semi-
assembly with a forklift and then fit the legs. Ensure that nuts and bolts are securely
tightened. Attach the cone and the collecting bin / emptying device.
8.3
Automatic emptying bin
See Figure 1, item 7D. This product comes with a separate manual 144343 Automatic
emptying bin that covers safety, function, installation and maintenance.
WARNING!
The product has a powerful compressed air cylinder and a bottom lid that can cause
personal injury. Personnel must be warned of the risks.
8.4
Automatic feeding out device
See Figure 1, item 7H. This product comes with a separate manual 144344 TVFD that covers
safety, function, installation and maintenance.

The product has two powerful compressed air cylinders and two valves that can cause
severe personal injury. Personnel must be warned of the risks.
8.5
Control units
A manual is included with the respective control units.
8.6
Cyclone
8.6.1
Function
The FlexFilter Cyclone is designed for non-abrasive large material separation.
It is mainly used:
•
As a pre-separator before the main filter.
•
If the collected material is only large and non-abrasive.
•
To protect a fan from large materials in applications where the goal is to move the
fumes from inside a building to the outside.
Do not use the FlexFilter Cyclone:
•
For applications with abrasive material.
•
Where a specific degree of fine particle separation is required.
