IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This unit has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug
will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted. Do NOT attempt to defeat this feature.
Wall Installation

To center your picture light over the artwork, using a ruler or tape measure, measure the
width of the frame, and mark the center point on the wall (Fig. 1).

Take your framed art off the wall to finish your installation.

Picture Frame Installation

Your picture light can be mounted to either the wall, or picture frame. If mounting to a
picture frame, it is intended for installation on wood frames only. Make sure the frame is
sturdy enough to support the picture light. Take your framed art off the wall to install.

To center your picture light over the artwork, using a ruler or tape measure, measure the
width of the frame, and mark the center point on the back of the frame. Using a square, or
right angle, draw a vertical line through the center point (Fig. 1). This line should be
perpendicular to the top edge of the frame.

Loosen the set screw on the mounting bracket. Position the
arm of the picture light into the mounting bracket, and
re-tighten the set screw. Make sure the arm is rotated
properly to position the reflector parallel to the wall, and is
positioned at the desired height (Fig. 4).

mark you drew previously. Attach the mounting bracket to
the frame using the screws provided (Fig. 2).
