Adjusting the release time of the level dependent function
Press the mode button until the ghost voice says release time. Adjust the release time by using the (+) button and (-) button. Available settings
are: Normal and Slow.
Adjusting external input mode (headsets only)
Press the mode button until the ghost voice says external input mode. Change external input mode by using the (+) button and (-) button. Available
settings are: 1, 2 and 3. Setting 1 is optimal for professional communication radios. Setting 3 is optimal for devices such as DECT- and mobile
phones. Try different modes until you find the optimal for your communication device.
Adjusting the volume for external input
Press the mode button until the ghost voice says external input volume. Adjust the volume by using the (+) button and (-) button. Available settings
are: normal and high. WARNING - At setting high the volume may exceed 82 dB.
NOTE - The setting of high volume for external input is not stored when the headset is switched off.

STORAGE (G)
Do not store this hearing protection in temperatures exceeding +55°C, for example inside a windscreen or a window.
Remove the batteries when storing the hearing protector for a long time.
Storing in damp environments
During long hours of use, the attenuating foam in the shells can become damp, which may cause damage to the circuits.
For the helmet attachment:
(G:1) Remove the hygiene kit and let the foam dry by placing the headset in a position that allows ventilation.
(G:2) Do not store the hearing protectors pressed against the helmet.
For the collapsible headband:
(G:3) Tilt the shells outwards to allow the attenuation cushions and electronics to dry

CLEANING
Clean/disinfect the cups, headband and ear cushions regularly with soap and warm water.
Note: Do not immerse the cups in water!
REPLACING THE BATTERIES
Undo the screw and open the battery cover. Insert two 1.5-V AA batteries. Check that the positive and negative terminals on the batteries are
correctly positioned (See diagram on cover) Remove the batteries when storing the hearing protector for a long time. Check the function of the
unit after replacing the batteries.
REMOVING/REPLACING THE EAR CUSHIONS
Insert your fingers under the edge of the ear cushion and pull straight out.
Insert the new ear cushion by pressing it in until it snaps in place
