POSSIBLE CAUSES
Pilot not connected. Pilot blown.
No power.
The thermostat safety has been
triggered.
Water tap open. Possible water
leak in the system.
The thermostat's terminals are
not connected to the heating
element.
The heating element is not
working.
Heating element failure (blown
or grounded), possible bypass of
thermostat safety.
Water very hard.
Internal pressure of the
system greater than 5 bar.
Rust present.
Condensation present.
Due to the connections. Due to
the heating element.
EXPLANATIONS
AND SOLUTIONS
Connect the pilot to the thermostat
or replace the pilot.
Restore the power supply.
Reset the thermostat.
Call authorised personnel.
Close the hot water tap. Call
authorised personnel to inspect the
system.
Remove the thermostat and check
the connections.
Check the heating element and
replace it if necessary.
Disconnect the appliance and
contact
customer service.
Excess limescale on the heating
element.
The system does not absorb
expanding water.
Install a valve at 10 bar, an
expansion vessel or pressure-
reducing valve.
Tank affected by corrosion. Tank
too cold.
Inspect the hoses and connections.
Inspect the sealing rings.
