è Loosen covering nut and take off hose.

è Take out sieve.
Note
If necessary turn in screw M8 appr. 5 mm in-
wards and therewith pull out sieve.
è Clean sieve in water.
è Push sieve inwards.
è Put on hose.
è Tighten covering nut firmly.
Clean filter at the detergent suck

è Take out detergent suck hose.
è Clean filter in water and reinstall.

Faults

Indicator lamp "Ready for use"
turns off

– Engine overload/overheat
è Turn device switch on "0" and let engine
cool off for min. 5 minutes.
è If malfunction still occurs, have device
checked by customer service.
Indicator light exhaust temperature
limiter glows

– Heating spiral calcified/sooty resp. ex-
haust temperature to high
è Control exhaust temperature limiter.
è Activate exhaust temperature limiter re-
set button (Figure 1 - Pos. 11).

Appliance is not running
– No power
è Check power connection/conduit.
Device is not building up pressure
– Air within the system
Vent pump:
è Close filter of the detergent suck hose.
è With open gun turn device on and off
multiple times with the device switch.
Note
By dismantling the high pressure hose from
the high pressure connection the venting
process is accelerated.
è If detergent tank is empty, refill.
è Check connections and conduits.
– Sieve in the water connection is dirty
è Clean sieve.
– Amount of water supply is to low.
è Check water supply level (refer to techni-
cal data).
– Low pressure nozzle mounted or multi-
ple nozzle in position "CHEM"
è Attach high-pressure nozzle or switch
multiple nozzle to position "High pressu-
re".
Water drops from the drain hose, on
the sides
– Safety valve opens
Note
It is normal for the safety valve to open short-
ly when the handgun closes.
Device leaks, water drips from the
bottom of the device.
– Pump leaky
Note
3 drops/minute are allowed.
è With stronger leak, have device chekked
by customer service.
