If the 3-Lead Cable is properly connected to the FR3 and the ECG electrodes are attached to the
patient, but the FR3 prompts you to ATTACH PADS when you turn on the device, the FR3 may not be
recognizing the 3-Lead Cable.
1. Make sure the FR3 has version PR2.0 or higher software.
2. Confirm all connections and 3-Lead Cable integrity.
3. Clean the 3-Lead Cable connector and the pads connector port and reconnect the 3-Lead Cable to
the FR3.
4. If the FR3 continues to prompt to attach pads, discard the 3-Lead Cable appropriately and replace it.
