– Assemble the other components in the following order:
Washer (15), O-ring (16), support ring (23*), spacer (17*),
groove nut (18).
– Tighten groove nut (18) to correct torque
(table "TORQUE").
– Screw in vent screw (19) and tighten to the correct torque
(table "TORQUE").
– Unscrew lock nut (4).

– Put on the type code label (8), screw on lock nut (4) and
tighten to correct torque (table "TORQUE").
– Tighten gas valve insert (3) using suitable tool
(table "TOOLS") and tighten to correct torque
(table "TORQUE").
NOTICE
The HYDAC FPU charging and testing unit must be used
to charge the bladder accumulator.
Refer to the "Charging and testing unit FPU" instruction
manual, no. 3.501.BA, for handling, safety and warning
information.

completely bled.
