Mute/unmute or
all standby
You can select sources and access menus directly
on BeoSound 35. Tap GO on BeoSound 35 to
access available sources. Tap or to step
between sources or menus and tap GO to select.
Tap on to mute/unmute or play/pause
depending on the sources. Swipe the finger at the
bottom of the touch bar to adjust volume. To step
back in menus, tap or repeatedly until Back
appears and tap GO. Press and hold GO to exit
menus.
BeoSound 35 will go to standby after approx. 20
minutes of silence. You can switch off all Bang &
Olufsen product in your network by holding
down for more than 2 seconds.

Options menu
To access the Options menu, tap GO and use or
to step in menus. When Options appears, tap GO
to open the menu.
– Bluetooth pairing: use this menu to pair your
device with BeoSound 35. As a default setting,
BeoSound 35 is always open for pairing and
this menu is not present. You can disable open
pairing via Bang & Olufsen app.
– Network: displays product name on the network.
Use Bang & Olufsen app to change to another
network.
– Switch off: switch BeoSound 35 off. You can only
switch on the product again by touching
anywhere on the touch bar for 2 seconds.
– Speaker position: select the correct speaker
position, see 'Speaker position' section.
– Reset: select Reset and confirm that you want
to reset BeoSound 35. All Bluetooth pairings
and network profiles are deleted and all
settings made in Bang & Olufsen app are reset
to default.
– Select language: change display language.
If no network is set up or if the setup is cancelled,
then the only sources available are Bluetooth,
line-in and optical.

The distances are meant as guidelines, and you
may, of course, set the speaker position to any of
the settings you prefer.
Speaker position
The purpose of the setting is to ensure that the
bass level suits the placement of the product. The
appropriate setting depends on the distance from
the product to the walls and corners of the room.
By default, BeoSound 35 is set to Free. However, if
you have a different placement for your
BeoSound 35, you can change the position to Wall
or Corner. Bring up the Options menu and tap
repeatedly until you get to Speaker position and
then tap GO. Select the position you want.
You can also change the speaker position via Bang
& Olufsen app. Go to SOUND and highlight
SPEAKER POSITION. Select a position from the
drop-down menu.
