· WARNING: You must take your child from the pram before lifting the pram or using
stairs, escalators or lifts.
· WARNING: You need to tilt the pram on its rear wheels if you want to get on or get off
the kerb.
· WARNING: Always apply the brakes when parking the pram.
· WARNING: This product is not suitable for running or skating.
· WARNING: Use only replacement parts supplied or recommended by Mutsy.
· The Mutsy Icon has been approved according to EN 1888 norm of 2018.
· The Icon carry cot is only suitable for the Icon frame.
· The Icon seat is only suitable for the Icon frame.
Waranty
· All Mutsy products come with a two-year warranty, starting on the day
of purchase. If you encounter a production defect, Mutsy will work
with its retailers to provide a solution. Production defects will be
repaired under guarantee. The warranty does not apply to exchanging
or returning Mutsy products. The warranty will only be honoured
if you can provide the following at the store where the product was
purchased:
· a completed warranty card, including serial number
· a copy of the purchase receipt
· a clear description of the defect
· your product
The guarantee card can be found on:

Please complete this card correctly and fully and present it to the retailer
or submit it digitally. You will also be requested to enter the serial number.
This number has the following format: MTXX-XX, with a number located
on the X, which you will find on a white sticker on the product. It is usually
located on the underside. Without this number, Mutsy is unfortunately
unable to provide a warranty and you will be charged for any repairs after
consultation.
The waranty does not apply:
· If the problem concerns fabric discolouration.
· If the fabric has been damaged by water.
· In relation to damage caused by the use of non-original Mutsy
accessories.
· If you cannot provide the purchase receipt.
· If you cannot provide the serial number.
· If you have used the product incorrectly or unreasonably.
