8. MAINTENANCE

WHEN CLEANING THE MACHINE ALWAYS USE WORK GLOVES, PROTECTIVE GLASSES
AND A MASK TO PROTECT THE AIRWAYS FROM DUST.
Regular maintenance of the machine increases its duration and operational safety. Maintenance must be
recorded on the maintenance register at the end of this manual. For instructions on non-routine maintenance,
contact the manufacturer.

8A - PERIODIC MAINTENANCE

8B - CLEANING OF THE MACHINE
To clean the machine, follow the instructions below:
• Turn off the machine by positioning the switch (2) on 0;
• Unplug the machine;
• Unfasten the ring (5) and remove the lid (3) (photo A);
• Remove the sieve (9) by unscrewing the nuts (8 and 10) with the wrench (12);
• Clean the blade and the sieve with compressed air;

• Clean the hopper with compressed air;
• Reinstall the sieve (9) and fix it with the previously removed nuts (8 and 10);
• Reinstall the sieve (3) by fastening the ring (5) (photo C).
8C - ENGINE CLEANING

To clean the engine and its cooling fan, follow the instructions below:
• Turn off the machine by positioning the switch (2) on 0;
• Unplug the machine;
• Remove the hopper (1) by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the grinding unit (photo G);
• Blow compressed air directly on the motor and on the relative cooling fan to eliminate dust deposits;
• Reinstall the hopper (1) using the previously removed screws (photo G), and tightening them.
