2E - REQUIREMENTS FOR USE
The machine is intended for professional use only, therefore, the operation and maintenance of the machine
must be carried out exclusively by duly trained personnel who have read this manual entirely. Operating the
machine by unqualified or inadequately trained operators can cause damage and injuries.
The operators assigned to the machine must necessarily be:

• Adults according to the law and, in any case, not less than eighteen years old;
• In possession of all the common psychophysical qualities;
• Educated on the operation of the machine and able to recognize the various operating modes;
• Educated on emergency procedures and their implementation;
• Judged suitable by the employer to carry out the task entrusted to them.
In case of an inexperienced operator, continuous and uninterrupted surveillance is required by a qualified and

experienced operator who acts as instructor.
2F - ELIMINATION OF RISKS
To ensure operator safety, a microswitch has been positioned inside the machine, fixed to the top of the lid (3)
of the bin; this is activated by the correctly-positioned blade inhibition screw (10).

2G - RESIDUAL RISKS
While designing the machine, it was done all possible to eliminate or reduce the risks in the best possible way.
However, some risks that cannot be eliminated remain, and they must be neutralized by adopting specific
behaviours and precautions.
• Danger of the machine falling during transport resulting in injury to the operator and damage to the machine.

ATTENTION!
HANDLE THE MACHINE WITH CARE WHILE MOVING IT TO AVOID INJURY OR DAMAGE.
• Danger of electrocution due to contact with parts of the machine which normally should not be live.
CAUTION!

THE MACHINE MUST BE CONNECTED TO AN ELECTRICITY NETWORK THAT ENSURES
THE CONTINUITY OF THE EARTH CIRCUIT.
• Danger of injury (cut, abrasion) due to lack of awareness of residual risks and correct methods of use.

THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS MUST BE PERFORMED BY PERSONNEL WHO HAVE
READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS MANUAL.
• Danger of injury to the eyes due to the projection of bodies during processing.
• Danger of hearing damage due to excessive noise of the machine.

CAUTION!
TO USE THE MACHINE, WEAR EAR PROTECTORS AND PROTECTIVE GLASSES
AGAINST ANY BODIES PROJECTED WHILE WORKING.
• Danger of injury (cut, abrasion) or electrocution due to contact with moving or live parts.

CAUTION!
IN CASE OF BREAKING OR INCORRECT WORKING OF THE MACHINE, DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO REPAIR IT, BUT UNPLUG IT AND CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER.
• Danger of contact with moving parts due to unexpected starting of the machine.

CAUTION!
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, UNPLUG THE MACHINE.
• Danger of inhaling dust when cleaning the machine with consequent irritation or damage to the airways.
