3A - PRESENTATION OF THE MACHINE
The machine consists of a bin that collects the processed material and a lid that closes it on which the grinding
unit and a hopper for loading are installed. The grinding unit includes a single-phase electric motor directly
coupled to the blade. The latter protrudes from the lower part of the lid and is protected by the sieve which is
fixed to the lid by 3 nuts. A tube connects the hopper to the area protected by the sieve, where the blade is

also located. The lid is fixed to the bin by a metal ring with a locking lever that fastens it. In order to allow the
grinding of feed to different sizes, the machine is supplied with 4 sieves with holes of different diameters. The
machine is controlled by the omnipolar switch located outside the grinding unit.

3C - INTENDED USE
The machine described in this manual can be used by only one operator at a time for shredding animal feed
(zootechnical environment). The use of the machine for different applications is considered improper use and
therefore the manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage caused by it to things or people and
deems any type of warranty on the machine itself void. The machine is not suitable for working in a potentially
explosive atmosphere or at risk of fire. Never use the mill to grind shrubs, plastic or ferrous materials. Never let

the engine overheat: use the mill for a maximum of 30 minutes / 1 hour continuously, depending on how much
the engine is put under stress, then let the engine cool down for 10/15 minutes before restarting to grind.
