Operating instructions
1. Commissioning
Open the ball valve at the ventilation and
exhaust connection (item a) (blade vertical).
Open the ball valve of the delivery line (item b)
(lever in longitudinal direction).
Version with electric pump:
Connect the electric pump to the power source,
switch on the electric pump, open the delivery
nozzle, start the fuelling process.
Version with hand pump:
Actuate the lever of the hand pump, start the
fuelling process.
The fill level is checked by means of the visual
fill level indicator (item c).
Note: Before starting the fuelling process,
make sure to open the ventilation and
exhaust connection (item a) as well as
the delivery line (item b).
2. Filling the tank
Unscrew the cap on the filling opening
(item d).
The tank must only be filled by hand with
max. 200 l/min using an automatic shut-off
delivery nozzle.
Note: The ventilation and exhaust connection
(item a) must be open to fill the tank.

3. Preparing the tank for transportation
Close the ball valve at the ventilation and
exhaust connection (item a) (blade horizon-
tal). Close the ball valve of the delivery line
(item b) (lever in lateral direction).
Close the filling opening (item d).
Note: If overpressure occurs in the sealed
tank during storage or transportation
due to the influence of temperature,
this can be released via the safety
valve (item e).
4. Recurring inspections
The CEMO DT-Mobil CUBE 650 l and 980 l
must be inspected in accordance with ADR
6.5.4.4.1 a at intervals of not more than five
years. This inspection must verify conformity
to type and must also check the labelling as
well as the internal and external condition and
correct operation of the operating equipment
and must satisfy the responsible authority.
The tank must also inspected in accordance
with ADR 6.5.4.4.1 b at intervals of at most
two and a half years. This inspection must
check the external condition and correct
operation of the operating equipment and
must satisfy the responsible authority.
In accordance with ADR 6.5.4.4.2, all metal
IBCs, rigid plastic IBCs and combination IBCs
for transporting liquid or solid substances that
are filled or emptied under pressure must be
subjected to an initial inspection (i.e. before
the IBC is used for transportation for the first
time), an inspection following repair and leak
testing at intervals of at most two and a half
years.
