USE
Crankshaft pulley retaining tool (1),
to use the same as OEM KMJ38122-A, 8396210
Used to hold the crankshaft pulley when loosening and
tightening the central bolt.
Camshaft-alignment tool (intake) (2),
to use the same as OEM KM6362-1, EN-48366-001
To lock the intake camshaft in the set position.
Camshaft-alignment tool (exhaust) (3),
to use the same as OEM KM6362-2, EN-48366-002
To lock the exhaust camshaft in the set position.
Align the mark on the camshaft sprockets.
Remove camshaft bearing caps of intake and exhaust
camshafts (1st cylinder) and mount the tool (2 & 3).
Attention: Make sure the two tools (2 & 3) are
correctly aligned, the lower surface of the tool must
rest on the surface of the lower bearing cap.
Chain tensioner-locking pin (4),
to use the same as OEM KM6077, 8396392
Locks the chain tensioner piston in the retracted
position.
Push back the chain tensioner piston and position the
pin as shown in the illustration.
