Step 5
Make sure that the pull-up bar is really tight by gently pressing the device from all sides
with your hands. If necessary, readjust by turning the main rod. Since the door frame
can still give a little during the first few training sessions, you should check the stability
of the pull-up bar before each use, especially in the initial period after installation, and, if
necessary, carefully turn the pull-up bar tighter without damaging the door frame.
Step 6
To secure the position of the device, slide the red locking mechanism on both ends of
the pull-up bar along the groove in the middle and snap it into place. If one of the two
locking mechanisms does not engage directly, move the red lock with one hand and the
corresponding grip with the other hand until both lock tightly into one another (to release
the locking mechanism, reverse the sequence of steps). After successful locking, the
rods are fully prevented from rotating.
Step 7
After installation, check the overall stability of the assembly by carefully testing the device
with your full weight before starting your exercises.
