Loosen the fastening of the side protection and tilt it

Carefully pull the barrel out and remove it com-

pletely
Separate the lower protector from the machi-

ne. To do this, hold the protector by the output
opening, rotate it upwards and then pull on it.
Tilt the bracket to access the bottom of the blade.

Remove the drive belt partially and rotate the

barrel to fully disengage it.
Remove the lower protector, unlocking the latches and

simply pulling it to disengage the retaining clips.
Loosen and remove the nut on the adjustment

mechanism with a fixed spanner No. 16. Also
remove the spring and the washer. Repeat the
process on the other end.
The motors are waterproof due to their IP66 and
12
IP67 protections. Clean all the parts with a
high-pressure cleaner (except for the barrel on
which you must not apply any pressure) paying
particular care to the upper and lower part of the
blade, since more residue usually accumulates on
it and on the reel assembly.
Placing the bottom protector on the machine will
help channel the water while cleaning is in
progress. Finally, sterilize and disinfect all parts of
the machine with our Master Clean product.
