4.2) Predictable incorrect application
Operating the receiver is not permitted if one of the following cases of misuse exists:
 operation with incompletely mounted housing
 operation with unapproved test voltage
 unauthorised modification and conversion of the receiver by the operator or the staff
 any method of working that impairs safety
 any method of working that goes beyond the intended test operation

5.1) Safety before use

Dangerous electrical voltage at the contact pins at >25 VAC and >60 VDC!
In start-up operation, live parts on the open receiver may be accessible.
All work on the open receiver may only be performed by trained specialists.

When setting up the receiver, the opening for the connection cable, which is located on the under-
side (see image below) must be covered completely.

Dangerous electric voltage at the connection points of the interface blocks at >25 VAC and
>60 VDC!
Only switch on the voltage when both of the following prerequisites exist:
the bottom of the receiver must be covered completely

the connection points of interface blocks may not be able to be touched

