3.1) Danger levels of warnings

3.2) Criteria regarding personnel
All work on the receiver may only be performed by specially trained and instructed persons. Pre-
requisites:
 in mechanics: completed training in mechanics
 in electrical engineering: completed training in electrical engineering
 in all sectors (e.g. also transport, test operation, storage and disposal): Knowledge of these
operating instructions
In general:
 No hazards may be allowed to prevail due to the clothing worn by the person involved withthe
receiver (no jewellery, no loose-fitting garments such as ties, scarves, etc.; tie long hair back!).
 The persons involved withthe receiver may not be under the influence of medication, drugs or
alcohol.
3.3) Liability for misuse
INGUN assumes no liability for damages caused due to non-compliance with the operating in-
structions, or a lack of testing to ensure that the receiver is in a technically perfect and safe con-
dition.

Dangerous electrical voltage on test probes at > 25 VAC and >60 VDC!
Only switch on the voltage when prerequisites are fulfilled:
a test adapter must be connected with the receiver

the contacts of interface blocks must not be touched

the conformity of interfaces of the receiver and test adapter must be ensured

the contact pins of interface blocks must be fully functional and may not be bent and

damaged
NOTE C
HECK READINESS FOR OPERATION
To rule out operation without a test adapter, it is recommended to check connection between re-
ceiver and test adapter by means of a contact loop.

Use

4.1)

Intended use

The receiver is designed specifically for use in the field of industrial manufacturing / test of elec-
tronic assemblies. The receiver is used to electronically connect the test adapter with the test sys-
tem in an easily exchangeable manner. For safe operation, the voltage indicated on nameplate of
