TURBO PRESSURE MEASUREMENT
To measure turbo pressure, follow these steps.
• Place the needle into the sensor tip.
• Prick the needle into the turbo tube. If possible, you should place the needle on the pipe
between the intercooler and the engine intake. It is convenient to puncture the tube obliquely,
and not perpendicularly.
• If necessary, fix the sensor with a clamp, to prevent it from moving during the test.
• Place the tester inside the vehicle, taking care not to damage the sensor cable with the hood
or door frame.
• For maximum turbo pressure, it is necessary to drive the vehicle. The tester automatically
stores the maximum value, so that one person can perform the test. The user can press the
"Max Reset" button to reset the memory. A graphical view has also been integrated into the
same screen. The graphical view can be paused by pressing the "PAUSE" button.
• Compare the values obtained with the values provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
