Possible causes
Advice to solve the problem
1. Battery not charged
Check if the Monitor battery is charged
2. Monitor out of range
Check if the OYO Monitor & docking
station are in the same room
1. Internet issues
Check if your Wi-Fi network is
working and set to 2,4 GHz.
Check if the OYO docking station is within
reach of the router. If not, move it closer.
2. Not plugged in
Check if your OYO docking station is plugged in.
3. Docking station
Go to 'Settings' in the OYO App, tap your baby's
connected to different
name and then 'Wi-Fi settings'. Connect the
Wi-Fi network
OYO docking station to your Wi-Fi network.
Phone has no internet
Make sure your smartphone is
