3.7 Carico del contenitore dell'olio del
lubrificatore con interruzione dell'aria
dell'impianto
1. Interrompere l'aria nell'impianto.
2. Tenendo premuta la clip di sblocco,
ruotare in senso orario il serbatoio
fino al suo arresto, quindi abbassarlo
lentamente tenendolo ben saldo,
prestare attenzione perchè potrebbe
essere rimasta una pressione residua

al suo interno.
3. Riempire il serbatoio fino
al contrassegno "Max" con l'olio.
4. Inserire nuovamente il serbatoio e
ruotare in senso antiorario fino ad
arresto, assicurarsi che la clip di
arresto sia intervenuta.
5. Immettere l'aria nell'impianto.
Sul serbatoio è indicato il livello
minimo e massimo dell'olio;
si consiglia il rabbocco quando
si raggiunge il livello minimo.

3.8 Carico del contenitore dell'olio

del lubrificatore senza interruzione

dell'aria dell'impianto

1. Depressurizzare il serbatoio svitando
il tappo (A).
2. Tenendo premuta la clip di sblocco,
ruotare in senso orario il serbatoio
fino al suo arresto, quindi abbassarlo
lentamente tenendolo ben saldo,

prestare attenzione perchè potrebbe
essere rimasta una pressione residua
al suo interno.
3. Riempire il serbatoio fino al
contrassegno "Max" con l'olio.
4. Inserire nuovamente il serbatoio e
ruotare in senso antiorario fino ad
arresto, assicurarsi che la clip di
arresto sia intervenuta.
5. Pressurizzare il serbatoio avvitando
il tappo (A). Sul serbatoio è indicato
il livello minimo e massimo dell'olio;
si consiglia il rabbocco quando si
raggiunge il livello minimo.
3.9 Impostazione della quantità dell'olio
La percentuale di olio può essere variata
agendo sulla vite di regolazione posta
al centro del visualizzatore (B).

Messa in funzione
e manutenzione del gruppo
Un'istallazione non corretta può
provocare danni al gruppo trattamento
aria e essere causa di lesioni gravi. Prima
della messa in funzione controllare
la corretta installazione di tutti i
componenti. In assenza di valvole ad
avviamento progressivo, durante la fase
di immissione dell'aria, si potrebbero
verificare dei movimenti non controllati
degli organi meccanici installati sulla
macchina.
Avere cura di sostituire regolarmente
i filtri e di rabboccare l'olio quando
questo supera i livelli minimi. Mantenere
puliti i moduli. Soventi e detergenti
aggressivi danneggiano i contenitori
in policarbonato dei serbatoi; pulire
tali componenti esclusivamente con
panno umido, utilizzando acqua o
eventualmente un detergente delicato
senza additivi chimici.

Informazioni ecologiche

Alla fine del ciclo di vita del prodotto, si
raccomanda la separazione dei materiali
per consentirne il recupero. Smaltire
l'apparecchio e l'imballo nel rispetto
delle norme vigenti nel proprio paese.

3.7 Filling the oil reservoir of the
lubricator with interruption of the air
in the system
1. Interrupt the air in the system.
2. Depress and hold the locking clip (A),
rotate the reservoir clockwise until
it stops, then lower it slowly while
holding it firmly.
Pay attention because there may be
residual pressure left inside.
3. Fill the reservoir until the "Max" sign
with oil.
4. Insert the reservoir again and rotate
anticlockwise until it stops, make sure
that the locking clip is engaged.
5. Let air flow into the system.
The minimum and maximum level of
the oil is indicated on the reservoir.
It is advisable to top up the oil when
it reaches the minimum level.

1. De-pressurise the reservoir by
unscrewing the plug (A).
2. Depress and hold the locking clip (A),
rotate the reservoir clockwise until
it stops, then lower it slowly while
holding it firmly.
Pay attention because there may be
residual pressure left inside.
3. Fill the reservoir until the "Max" sign
with oil.
4. Insert the reservoir again and rotate
anticlockwise until it stops, make sure
that the locking clip is engaged.
5. Pressurise the reservoir by screwing
the cap (A) back in.
The minimum and maximum level of
the oil is indicated on the reservoir.
It is advisable to top up the oil when
it reaches the minimum level.

3.9 Setting the oil amount

The percentage of oil can be varied by
using the adjustment screw positioned
in the centre of the display (B).
Start-up and maintenance
of the unit
A non correct installation can damage
the air treatment unit and be the cause of
serious injury. Before start-up, check the
correct installation of all components.
In case there are no soft start valves,
during the phase of air introduction,
there may be uncontrolled movements
of mechanical parts installed on the
machine.
Make sure the filters are changed
regularly and that the oil is filled up
when it reaches the minimum level.
Keep the modules clean.
Aggressive solvents and detergents
damage the polycarbonate reservoirs;
clean these components only with
a damp cloth, using water or a mild
detergent without chemical additives.
Ecologic information
At the end of the life cycle of the
product, it is recommended to separate
the materials in order to recycle them.
Dispose of the product and the packaging
material according to thecurrent
environmental standards of your country.
