General guarantee conditions

1. Your bed base is guaranteed:
- 2 years for the motor and the remote control pad
- 5 years for the other parts, except the ticking.
2. TRECA de Paris guarantees the free replacement or factory repair of parts
acknowledged by a TRECA de Paris specialist as being defective.
Replacements or repairs shall in no case extend the initial guarantee
period.
3. Any claim must be transmitted to your dealer who will contact our
technical services.
4. The guarantee shall under no circumstances be applicable if the unit has
been subject to abnormal use or if it has been used under conditions other
than those for which it was designed. Nor it is applicable in the case of
accidents or incidents caused by negligence, failure to respect the
installation and use instructions or defective maintenance, or as a result of
modification of the equipment.
5. The guarantee shall not be applicable if the unit has been worked on,
dismantled or repaired by a person or organization not recognized by
TRECA de Paris as being a competent specialist.
6. All claims must be accompanied by:
a. The purchase invoice bearing the delivery date
b. The identification number of the bed base (label located on head
end of the frame)
c. The identification number of the motors.
In the case of a dispute or claim, the date on which the equipment is
put into service shall be taken to be the date of the user's purchase invoice.
The user assumes responsibility for any abnormal use of the bed
base and this may invalidate the guarantee.
