4.1 Installation

Isotherm products have been designed and constructed exclusively for recessed
installation.
WARNING! The product must be installed horizontally and the compressor
must always be installed with its rubber feet resting downward.
The compressor is capable of functioning at angles of up to 30°.
WARNING! The compressor can become damaged with any higher
inclinations.
Secure the product so that it cannot tip/slide in the event of rough seas or in the case
of sudden vehicle movement. The product should be anchored by at least 2 fastening
points, in accordance with the provisions of the EN 60335-2-24 standard.
The product should be secured using mounting flanges equipped with special holes
(see figure below).
Where it is not possible to use the mounting flanges, secure the ice maker so that it
cannot tip/slide forward.
