3. Install the Support Framing
Construct the support framing as shown in the illustration above.
The 2x2 should be offset 1-3/16" (3 cm) from the edges of the
2x4's to support the pressure balancing assembly at the proper
depth.
Install the support framing under the pressure balancing loop(s)
as illustrated. The face of each of the 2x4's should be installed
flush with the face of each of the ceiling joists.
Do not strap the pipes.
