INTEDED USE

This tool set is made for removing and installing the injector sleeve and it is suitable for following
commercial vehicle engines: Volvo FM12 / D12 (2000-2009), applicable on models Autocar, VHD,
VNM, VNL, WG (copper sleeves with original replacement numbers 21098621, 3183368, 85116162,
85104134, 85124276 or 85104133) and Mack MP7 (2004-2007) (2007 non-conical injector sleeves),
applicable on models CL, DM, CV, LE, MR, MV, RB, RD, CX.

The tool is not suitable for impact wrenches. The use of an impact wrench can rupture tool
parts and flying tool fragments can cause injury.

the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and
instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc.

Always lubricate the spindle thread before working with this tool.
•

children.
