Preparations before start
Mix the necessary quantity of fuel in relation
to the expected running time.
Use the measuring cup located on the
underside of the fuel cap (2) to measure the
two-stroke oil in relation to the petrol.
2 cl two-stroke oil +
1 litre petrol
4 cl two-stroke oil +
2 litres petrol
Make sure to shake the fuel mixture well
before starting the engine.
Do not � ll the fuel tank higher than the top
of the fuel � lter.
6 cl two-stroke oil +
3 litres petrol
8 cl two-stroke oil +
4 litres petrol
Check the fuel cap is correctly closed after
� lling.
Check no electrical appliances are connected
to the generator's power outlets (3).
Starting and stopping the engine
Starting the engine
Turn the petrol cock (7) to the ON position.
Set the choke (6) to the closed position to
make the petrol mix richer if the engine is
cold. Set the choke to the open position if
the engine is warm.
Set the main switch (5) to the ON position.
