Before First Use
IMPORTANT: Please check all packaging material carefully before discarding as
there may be accessory parts contained within the packaging material.
WARNING: Do not place any part of the product in a dishwasher.
1. To remove dust particles wipe surfaces of the appliance while it is unplugged.
Wipe the Non-Stick Cooking plates with a damp cloth and dry using a towel.
2. Plug the appliance into a standard 120-volt AC electrical outlet, and allow about
5 minutes to Preheat.
3. The Power Indicator will go off to indicate it is in use. Once the light turns off and
the Green Ready light turns on (usually about 6-8 minutes) the appliance is
ready for use.
Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is
normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.
Using Your Quesadilla Maker:
WARNING: Handle and Parts may become hot during Preheat/Cooking process,
please use an oven-mitt for protection.
Make your favorite Quesadillas anytime!
1. You can choose to lightly coat your Quesadilla Maker with some vegetable oil
using a pastry brush. Please note this is not necessary as the plates have a Non-
Stick Finish.
